The great start..!!

Day 2: New Delhi

Well this is the most exciting day of life which is 12th June 2014 because I was about to take leap of faith with the end of this day. I knew that this day gonna be intense because my dad decided to visit Sharojini Market on this day. But I knew that we are going to be back from there very soon because that place is fucking crowded all the fucking time throughout the day. And I was suppose to buy some new clothes for me and I did. After that we came back home and it was getting excited with time because I was suppose to leave for airport in coming few hours. The time passed somehow and finally its time to leave home for airport I left home around 20:30PM and reached airport around 21:30.

My mom and dad stayed at airport for around 30 minutes with me and then I went inside after receiving there precious blessing for the long long trip to Romania. Well its going to be my first international trip all alone. So I was really very very excited for it then I entered into Indira Gandhi International Airport after that I went to get my boarding pass from the check-in counter submitted my luggage which was so so fucking heavy and then I went to the immigration counter for all document check and other stuff and then there was very very long line for security check.

After finishing all this stuff I was so relaxed that now I have to leave nothing can stop me now well I missed my family but on the other hand I was so excited
Finally after waiting for the while it was the time to board the flight for the journey of my life.
Finally the boarding started around 12:15AM and I was so excited to board the flight because the plane was so big it got 4 engines and I don't know how to explain rest of the thing. We were on the run away and it was the time to say good bye to India and hello to my first destination of this trip which is Munich,Germany.

Start of journey Day 1

New Delhi:
Day started with boarding a train from home to Delhi :D :D Rajdhani Express. I always wanted to travel in one of this train and finally I travelled in Rajdhani Express. We reached Delhi on 11th of June early morning around 7:30am. The day started well by having some rest after the long journey from home to another home. After having a rest of few hours I went to make my ISIC card which is kind of completely useless for me now but for god sake I have that fucking ISIC card.

Then I came back to home and then again the rest because of mom and dad
Like son you should rest because next day you have lot of work to do and you have a long flight to go on. So I was like okay I will rest and after few fours of rest I woked up and me, mom and dad went to have dinner in a nearby restaurant and then again went to sleep around 23:30pm.
Then that’s how my first day ended I know nothing much in it but it was quite intresting

All about my AIESEC Journey

It’s all started back in November 2013 when I got to know about AIESEC from one of senior in University Rahul Singh Manral. He told me about what AIESEC is and how it works. Few days later he introduced me to one of his colleague and Team Leader of outgoing exchange team Rahul Varma. When I met Rahul Varma for the first time I was little excited to know everything. Later after few days I met Rahul again and then I was pretty sure that I will go on a internship to some country. But till that time my parents were little confused about sending their youngest son to a foreign land.

After few week I started with my first semester exams and I was little busy with my exams and after a hectic week full of exams I met Rahul again and I talked to him and by that time I finalised some countries in which I wanted like Germany, Czech Republic and Russia. And then I went home with a confident mind that yes I will go and I have to convince my parents about internship. I left for home on 6th December and I reached home the same day after 2hr 35mins flight. After few days I talked to my dad about the internship and I made him to talk to Rahul and he managed to convince my dad and I made a Demand Draft of Rs 5000 as he said and went back to Chennai when my holidays finished and that’s how my AIESEC experience started by meeting a random person.

I gave the Demand Draft to Rahul and officially I became an EP (exchange participant) and my AIESEC journey started. I made aiesec.net ID and started looking for project in the countries I wanted to go for internship. After few days in January Rahul told me contact Filibert Dobos. Filibert is from AIESEC Budapest he is Vice President of Incoming Exchange.
I had interview with him on 4th March 2014 and it was my first interview of my entire life and that was even international hahahahaha… so I was pretty excited for the interview on one hand but a bit nervous on the other. And finally we had the interview it was good but I was not selected because of some mistakes made by me but I learnt a lot from that interview and Filibert. Filibert is the best foreigner I have ever met in my life, he’s just like my elder brother teaching me things how to present myself in interview and teaching me key points about things which can help me.

But I didn’t got disappointed I learned from my mistakes of interview with Filibert. After few weeks I had interview Bianca for a project called Cultural Mix in AIESEC Pitesti in which I have to teach my native language to young Romanian kids. And I wanted to get selected for this project anyhow and I got selected finally for the project hahahahaha… and when I got mail from Bianca that I got selected for the project I was like fuck yeah!!!
